When you Pre-Order something at most Ma & Pa shops that means that we directly order on your behalf, therefore ALL Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-transferable. We wish we could be more flexible on this but it would cause us a lot of commotion and footing bills we never intended on. The benefit to this is it is a binding agreement on our side too. Sometimes the dates can be subject to change here and there but we do 100% guarantee that item or set coming solely for you. We have had nearly 5,000 transactions and maintain great feedback/report on social media. Another benefit is that we inspect your boxes and put all Pre-Orders in complementary Popshields! Lastly PLEASE order on separate orders if you are ordering either In-Stock items or Pre-Orders with vastly different release dates if you really want the early one first. If ORDERED ON THE SAME TICKET it will ship when the last item becomes available. Our profits can be extremely small sometimes and we can not afford to ship multi-item orders separately.
We do not normally accept returns but we do stay in contact with our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. If you have questions you can contact us at email@example.com. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All sales are also final here as they often will be prepped for shipping upon ordering. If you have made a mistake and quickly email us or contact us on social media, we may be able to offer some assistance but in general returns are just extremely taxing on a small business.
